I wanted to create a focal that was retro inspired but with a modern twist.
I used one 20mm felt round, vinyl/vulcanite heishi 3mm and 4mm, head pins, resin, and finished silver chain.
I used wire cutters and trimmed by head pins down to 1/2" in length. Cut the head pins at a sharp angle so you can easily insert it into the felt round. Take the headpin and put it through a vinyl heishi. Add a little resin with a toothpick to the heishi and insert the head pin.
To create a loop for hanging, I used a full length head pin and strung a heishi onto it, then pushed it all the way through and create a wire-wrapped loop at the top.
