These earrings are a plan B. I started out wanting to make double earrings that draped between the posts, but the tiny bead link chain I made still didn't want to drape nicely. I do love stick earrings and this style sold really well as shows in the past. Create your bead collections that you will be using for your earrings.
String 2.25" of tiny faceted saucers onto a 3" headpin. Tip: When you string the tourmaline, you already have a miexed color strand. Try stringing the headpin while the beads are still on the string.
Wire wrap a tiny loop and attach to open loop on the post.
