About this design:

This morning I had to take the car for its emissions test. It could have been a wasted Saturday morning, except that the Clean Air Team place is (thoughtfully – haha) located by a bead store. I spied the lovely green turquoise beads and decided that they needed to be made into earrings. Then I spied a green and copper raku teardrop and decided that it would make a splendid pendant, adding a chunk of variscite and a few more of those turquoise beads. The whole piece is build on a long piece of 12G copper wire with the variscite coiled-wrapped onto the 12G with 20G. After making the bail I used the 2 ends and the wrap wire to form 3 branches, from which the last three turquoise beads dangle. The turquoise rounds are set on hand-made copper eyepins. The earwires are hand-made from 20G copperwire.

Well, this is so yummy, K H. So nice of those clean air people to make your wait wonderfully worthwhile. Again, gorgeous wire work and I’m glad those poor helpless Turquoise beads found a good home. ;)

What could be better than a bead store next to the clean air place. So thoughtful of them to choose this location. :D
