Cranberry and Copper

About this design:

I had all these little copper squiggles, and decided they'd make a great chain. I was going to use green pearls, but decided to try red instead!

Hi Sue! Great to see you again!
I really love this necklace! Great wire work and the pearls and copper compliment each other perfctly!

Can you tell me if you have trouble with the links getting kinked? I made a necklace with wire-wrapped links and if it’s not stored in a certain position, it gets kinked and must be untangled. Any tips or suggestions?

Great balance of wire and pearls – dressy, but not too darn dressy!!!! I love the red, but I think you should make them in several colors!!!!

Mary, I wish I had some suggestions for you about not getting the links kinked (hey, that rhymes!), but just like any chains, you have to be careful about how it’s stored :( I tangled it several times before I got it to the gallery! At least it was easy to untangle….

K H, I agree, I need to make this in several colors, especially green! (love green and copper together!) Of course, I need to make more squiggles….

I’m glad you all like it! :D

Beautiful, Sue! I like the red/cranberry with the copper too. The squiggles are great a way to keep pearls casual & fun! I agree that making this with a variety of colors/stones would appeal to a lot of women!
