2 Orphans

About this design:

I absolutely adore Laurel Burch designs on anything. These two orphans were originally ear rings but the mate for each of them was lost. So I made them into small pendants with unusual chains. The black and gold one sold at the Farmers Market on Friday.

orphan ear rings, vintage brass chains, brass toggle, gold plated magnet clasp

Both of these pendants are beautiful, Nancy, and the chains you used with them are very lovely and unique! The one reminds me of bamboo, which goes perfectly with the Asian design of the pendant. :D

Thanks Lynn. These are two of my favorite styles of chain. I spend a lot of time on line searching for various components especially chains.

I love these! I’m a huge Laurel Burch fan, and I think I have these earrings somewhere myself. I’ll have to start digging through my old jewelry box! Thanks for the great idea.

Have fun Donna. Old “one-of a pair” offers some very interesting challenges. Recycle’s the name of the game! :D
