Garden Variety

About this design:

I love multi-strand bracelets. This monochromatic bracelet features a really pretty leaf toggle that you can wear either way.

Seed beads, silver-plated leaf toggle, ceramic beads

I’m not a huge fan of green personally, but I do like the way you have put the colours together here. Very pretty. With a cool white dress, this would be lovely.

I love this bracelet. I am currently negotiating with the Texas School for the Blind to teach a jewelry-making class. This would be perfect, because we could use a variety of shaped beads to make the bracelet very tactile. Thanks for sharing.

This is very beautiful! The shades of green remind me of budding tree leaves in the Spring.
The toggle is the perfect finishing touch.

Really beautiful piece! Did you use separate crimp tubes for each strand, or bring them together with a larger connector to finish off the ends??

I love all shades of green…you matched them well and then added so much texture with the different styles of beads..great job.

Ravensgrl: if you look carefully at the enlargement, you can see 1 crimp per strand. It’s more secure this way, and more flexible. It also looks like all the strands are attached to a jump ring, which is attached to the clasp. This would also add to flexibility.

I like how all the various shades, sizes, & shapes play together in this one! I may try something along these lines… someday…

Funny! I’m not a fan of green either, but for some reason, I have TONS of green beads. I have forbid myself to buy any more. I need more yellow in my stash…good spring color.
