Anice and Ocean Jasper

About this design:

This pendant was hand formed from a stoneware clay, bisque fired, glazed and then fired again in a high fire.

The bail is handmade of sterling silver wire. I made this beautiful necklace using Faceted Ocean Jasper coin beads, I individually wrapped each bead securely and meticulously with sterling silver wire to form a chain. The chain is finished with a hand crafted sterling silver eye and hook clasp

I love this! As soon as I saw the design my reaction was I want it!

The soothing colors blended together with the earthy tones remind me of the calming stones used by many groups. Without meaning any disrespect, they remind me in a way of a rosary, just in the way I have seen a rosary used not just to tell the hours, but to comfort the one who held it. Truly a beautiful work.
