Third Eye druzy necklace

About this design:

I've had this agate druzy cabochon for a long time before I really knew what to do with it. I had to pull apart two of the initial designs, they were just not working. I couple of days ago I learned a new bead embroidery stitch called Moss Stitch (Picot Stitch) and thought it was perfect for complimenting the druzy texture.

TOHO size 11 seed beads in different colors, druzy agate cabochon, Czech glass beads, copper chain and components, Lacy's Stiff Stuff foundation, Ultra Suede backing.

Thank! Sure, stitch three bead at a time:
Go up to the top side from the back. Pick-up three beads and stitch down near the first bead. Pull until the middle bead rests on top of the other two bead. You can continue to cover the area in one direction but I varied direction and stitched every which way to add variety and texture. Hope this is clear. If not, let me know. Enjoy! BTW, my real-life name is also Anya :-)

Very cool and a nice application of this stitch! Like how they “eye” shape of the pendant is picked up in the components.
