Holiday Cheer

About this design:

While not jewelry, these holiday ornaments are made with materials used in jewelry making. The original idea and directions are from Heather Powers, an amazing polymer clay artist of Humblebeads. Link:
I had so much fun creating my own and am looking forward to spreading some holiday cheer giving these away to friends and family.

Polymer clay, cookie cutters, StazOn ink, rubber stamps, fine glitter, small pointed back rhinestones, annealed steel wire and crystals for the hangers

These are beautiful! I like the little bits of sparkle in eacdh one.
Now that you know what you are doing, you could make pieces small enough to be earrings and focal beads. Have fun and show us what you create.

Lynda, these are fantastic! What a wonderful idea! I also think smaller versions would make beautiful earrings and/or a pendant! :D

Thanks so much everyone for your positive comments. And, yes, I am working on both suggestions for smaller pendants and other colors in the ornaments.
    Addicting fun!
