That is lovely. Wire working is hard isn’t it?

Not at all! A lot easier that beading, that’s why I am in awe of all the beading that everyone does!

Thank ya’ll for the wonderful comments!!Becky, When I hammer with a mallet it doesn’t, a regular hammer lets a little copper come through and with some earrings and other pieces it gives it a rustic look.

Oh, I do love this! Great design!

Yes, wire wrapping is seriously addictive & can be very zen-like. But my fingers usually give out before the rest of me does. ;-)

T Paul, if I may ask…. When using a mallet, what surface do you lay your piece on to prevent further marring? Thank you!

Julie, good luck in the wire-wrap class. I know you’ll love it! :-)

    T Paul says:

Thank you Mary S! When I use a mallet, I lay the piece to be hammered on a steel block, and this is going to sound nuts.. but I set the piece in between discarded old cards/postcards or any other type of heavy paper to protect the wire. There is probably a better way, but this is an easy, use what you have way.

Love this heart! Like to do wire wrap but my fingers get tired also…do you use pliers to make the wraps?

  15. T Paul
    T Paul says:

Valley Girl, thank you! I do the wraps by hand, but per piece its not too many wraps. I attatched a couple more picture of wrapped pendant ideas. These have been awesome sellers!

Wow! I really like these new pics too! The set is awesome because it’s both keep-it-simple squares but SO detailed and interesting with the beads! The cross is a FAVE but way beyond what I could ever do! :)

The designs came from out of the ether..? :D

These are all such great pieces no wonder they sell quickly. I think the square is my favorite but I wouldn’t say no to any of them.
