Amazonite w/ A Shot of Espresso

About this design:

Okay if you think these are good enough they are the bracelet set I'm putting on the Etsy/Miss Dixie site. I do have to change the toggle bar but that might be all. Maybe add some danglies...didn't have anything that matched. Did a little MacGyvering. I used a pendant bail to attach the bracelet to the ring (which is technically not a toggle ring either).
The wood beads and ceramic are brown not black.

Tweaked the design slighty. Moved the beads around. Found a pendant bail that was the same antique silvee as the ring. Found a small flower bead cap and added dangles with it.

ButterBall photos.

Oh My Goodness Deb! It’s possible that ButterBall is THE most adorable kitten EVER!!! You need to print a big copy of the pair of them and frame it. I do know you suffered so much pain and guilt with the sweet little ones… But having BB in you life is enough to make much of it worthwhile. Bless you and enjoy your pair of little boys.

LOVE the bracelet too. The mix of ceramic beads and wood beads is very cool. And both are great with the amazonite.

Julie ButterBall is pretty close to being the cutest kitty evet. Surpassed only by Mousey. When I feel bad about losing the babies I have to go love him up. Between me and 2 moms & my other female Diva he is spoiled rotten.
Sorry that you never got your little girls :( . You could always take Precious and Binky but then you would miss out on kitten time.
Photo of Mousey proving superior cuteness. He used to pose all the time.

I love those ceramic beads and want some of all the colors M’s has.

See this is the cutest kitty ever. He was a camera ham too.

Oh!!! Mousey was and is too cute too! I still say there is a proud papa cat wandering around your neighborhood. Too much cuteness between Mousey and BB to not have some kind of family ties.

Ah ha!!! I knew I recognized the ceramics. I have some similar from M’s but mine are black with greys and blues. Love ceramic beads since they mix with anything! :)

Amazonite & espresso & kittens… does it get any better? (Not in my book!)

At 1st I thought BB was resting his tiny head on an itty-bitty stuffed animal. Then I realized it was the corner of a blanket. I love the shot of the 2 touching noses…<3

Oh. I too am sad not to have my new girls. I am so happy that y0u have ButterBall though.
Spring Break is soon and it’s a great time to adopt new babies and have time to play with them. I’ll contact our local adoption centers. There’s hope. Maybe not until summer. I am holding out for a pair of sisters. Heidi and Hannah are SO close and happy. I want the the new babies I adopt to have that love too.

OK, I can’t stand it….I can’t stand the kitty pictures. They are too cute. They make me wilt. They make me melt into a big puddle of babble. I love them :) The first pic of BB, upper right, is just too cute.

As always, your bracelet is just gorgeous, and I love the way you used the pendant bail! PRETTY!!

Love the bracelet. I like the combo, and also that you used a pendant bail to attach the ring. All great designs are great because of the ingenuity used in construction! Good luck on Etsy!

Gorgeous bracelets, Deb! I like the combo of amazonite and brown.
Your kitties are too cute!!! BB is getting so big. :)

Thank you everyone. I’m glad you all love the pendant bail use. Spur of the moment thing because there is no place to attach anything on the ring.

ButterBall is a major cutie isn’t he? I think he kind of lost his voice when he was sick. He opens his mouth and nothing comes out.

  16. Julie Shane
    Julie Shane says:

Oh Deb! I had a kitten who “had no voice” and then when he finally figured it out… he sounded like a goat!!! Really. It was this horrible yet endearing swauking sound. He never did sound like a real cat. He lived to 21 years, so there was something alright about him… besides his “voice.”

I totally missed out on all this gushing over the impossibly cute kitten pictures–of BOTH boys!!! but now I have to add to all the comments. Those 2 have GOT to be the cutest kittens ever!!! there must be a strong gene for the big, beautiful eyes!!! I don’t know how you can stand to walk away from them to get anything done! And I LOVE the bracelets!! Such Deb-style ingenuity!! :) Perfection!

  25. Deb Harding
    Deb Harding says:

    Thank you Becky.
When Mousey was a baby he took up almost all of my mine. ButterBall has a mom. I can still get teary eyed looking at Mousey’s baby pictures though.

  26. Julie Shane

TOO TOO cute!!! It looks like Mousey is more in love with BB than even the Mama kitties. BB is going to be *SO* spoiled! :)

I thought I’d already commented…hmm, senior moment here? Anyway, the bracelets are wonderful. I love, love, love the amazonite. It’s paired with dark brown? Perfect.

Of course, the cats are great, too. Major cuteness.
