Pendant- Advice needed

About this design:

A pendant I'm working on using some of the beads I ordered from here. I think it needs something but I'm not sure what. I was thinking of putting this great slice of agate that I have, that's a pretty orange color, behind it but it's not drilled and I don't want to break it trying. I'm not good enough to wrap it yet. Any feedback/advice is appreciated.

I think this is pretty just as it is! If I were to add anything, it would be a small teardrop or bicone crystal representing a drop of nectar.
But, that’s just me, and I love this just as it is!

    It is very pretty!

If I were to add anything, it might be some leaf beads with maybe small crystals or flower beads across the open spaces and off the bottom under the flower.

I like it as it is! And very creative!
Looks like that little hummer is flying through the open air, among the flowers.

I like the monochromatic feel of this.
Like cincy, the only think I might add is leaves.

I think the pendant might need a little movement. I would consider hanging different lengths of copper and silver tiny chain to swing below the pendant. I like Lois’ idea to dangle a briolette representing dew as well in a clear crystal. I don’t think I would add any more color!

It is very pretty as it is. As several have said the addition of dangling leaves might be the only thing that would look good, with a tiny crystal drop.

Very pretty, I agree with what everyone said, if you antiqued the copper wire to match the hummingbird you will have a more uniform look :D

Lovely! I like the idea of some small leaves or beads dangling from the bottom. Or leave it as is and add accent colors in the necklaces. I’m a fan of pink and orange. :)

I adore this just as it is. That sweet little humming bird is just too cute!

The leaves I have are too big, but the local bead store might have some small ones, I’ll have to go check (such a chore lol). I don’t have a torch and have never tried antiquing wire or anything…but I want to learn, this might be a good time, but with scrap wire first!

Thank you so much for the feedback and suggestions. I’m definitely going to see what I can find that works with the scale of this!

I love it as is. But I also like some of the ideas I’ve read here about a slight movement, tiny crystal denoting nectar.

Lots of good suggestions here, but I’d almost like to see some detail on the flowers–very fine copper lines painted in, perhaps. Really, though, I think the composition is good.

I can see what Laud means. The leaves you add could be 2 of thoses clear glass maple leaves with the gold/copper lines in them.

My taste is for the simple and elegant, so I love this just the way it is. But I’d still like it with the added “movement” others have suggested. Great pendant, SkySong !

Very interesting reading the suggestions. Lots of different visions. I prefer simpler designs and I love the open space in the pendant. I would add a tiny bit of contrasting color to make the pink stand out.

If I were doing it, I’d add some small black beads on the wire somewhere for a bit of pop & contrast.

A few soft aqua crystals would give this pendant some contrast and a bit of the ‘sparkly’.

Maybe just some small green beads to represent leaves.
