Sour Apple Leaf

About this design:

I found this awesome "sour apple" leaf on Bo Hulley's Etsy. I have had it for quite some time looking for the perfect complements. It's different from my normal "keep it simple" pieces, but I really like it.

To add just a bit more color and texture to my wrist, I created a "companion" bracelet and earrings too.

Bo Hulley ceramic leaf bracelet bar, enamel bead, lots of brass findings, Czech rondelles, seedbeads.

:) You all are awesome! Thanks!!!
I wore this yesterday with a bright green shirt. It was great. I was afraid it would be heavy with the cluster of Czechs and the rows of seedbeads, but it wasn’t.
Deb, I agree that working with the leaf shape was tricky. I didn’t want to get flowery, but I did want to stay within the “nature” color scheme. The leaf and seedbeads sat on my table for almost 2 months. The Czech beads were the last component and then it all fell into place.
