Inspired by Becky - Hot pink arm candy

About this design:

Becky's bracelet design was so beautiful and unique. Then she made such a great tutorial, I had to give it a try. I really like her earthy colors but aside from some hematite, these pink candy jade beds were the only ones I had that were the right size and shape. I also didn't have waxed linen or superduos. Becky so kindly offered to send me some (thank you Becky!), but I just couldn't wait! So I worked with what I had on hand.

Pink candy jade and silver diamond beads from my stash, Green Girl heart button, pink C-Lon and leather cord from LB.

Thank you all so much, I was worried that it was too bright and crazy but decided to go for it anyway. ;)
Yes, you should do her tutorial. She explained everything perfectly. I hope I did her proud!

Love this!! :) I was so out of words after that long tut and our dispute with our crabby neighbor that I neglected to tell you the beads between the stones only needed to have fairly small holes to not slide around. You figured that out yourself. And I almost did one with a different silver bead! :) You totally get the idea and I LOVE the colors–I think the muted C-lon color brings that candy pink back from garish and makes the color absolutely darling!!

Thank you all so much, and thank you Becky for the awesome design!
I think I may rework this though because I didn’t have enough beads to make it longer, so it’s kind of small. I just fits snugly on my 5 3/4 inch boney wrist. I’m thinking about using the TierraCast radiant heart link I have as a center focal… some how. I’ll have to give some thought as how to execute that.

The leather will stretch. I was looking at this and thinking it was the perfect size because mine always end up on the loose side! :)

Seriously, Angela, this is super cool and I like that you can see so much braid on either end. Wear it awhile before you take it apart. It might fit better in a week or 2.
