It is darling piece, Asia :)
Where did you travel from? You should be a Soviet citizen at the time to be able to travel there , unless you are very young now ;)

I been in Yerevan once: with my parents when I was 14 years old. Armenians are very gifted academically and with the arts, their silver jewelry is very beautiful. We had and have a lot of Armenian friends :) Beside the point that my daughter in law father was Armenian . Her mother though was Georgian and they lived in Tbilisi… :)

Julia, I grow up in Poland and it was in the 60 that we spent a couple of vacation in this area, first we stayed in Sochi and traveled around Gorgia, then the next time it was Batumi with a trip to Armenia, all those trips were toured. My mother who was the globtrotter went also to Lithuania, Estonia, toured Moscau and St.Petersburg, so we could travel in the Soviet Union, but only with a tour.

You probably were watched closely considering the times :) Lithunia has Polish influence on their culture … :)

I been in Poland once with my father , who was Polish. To see our relatives in Warsaw, Krakov, Katowiza… It was sooooooooo difficult for us to get permission to go though… :)
