Baby Doll

About this design:

I've been trying some other variations of my last design with the strung beads with suede lace and button clasp.

Pink zebra jasper, glass pearls (except the focal pearl, I don't know because I got that in a trade with a fellow LBer), various antique silver spacers and button, suede lace and gray freshwater pearl.

Lovely combination of colors! And the knots, puzzling me too! Are they slide knots, or glued on? Wish I could make such a combination of bling and leather — it looks so effortless and elegant, but my attempts in that genre usually look like something that just met in the vacuum cleaner :-( ( Combination envy!

Thank you all so very much! Some of you were asking what kind of knot I used. It’s an adjustable sliding/slip knot that I left a loop on the end before tightening it up. So I can use it as a link. There are several youtube video tutorials out there. Here’s a link to one I found

I forgot to add that I make the knot really tight and then glue it up inside with hypo cement because I don’t want it to slide. Hope this helps! :)
