Nursing necklace

About this design:

Hi, I was asked to make a nursing necklace for my friend and this is the result. It's not something I have ever done before so I had to research a lot. Would love to know what your thoughts are. I used unpainted, large wooden beads and strong cord and leather cord for the second one. I decided to make the Green aventurine one a bit more colorful by using three colors of cord. All of the materials I used are safe for baby to pull and chew on!

Green Aventurine, Impression Jasper, red creek jasper, Various large wooden beads, leather cord.

These are really pretty and practical too! Love the different color threads in the green one. I’d wear it nursing or not!

    These are adorable!

BTW, I have heard that Amber is good for teething babies. As long as you get it from a reputable source & can be sure it is natural.

Such a cool idea! I love that it could be worn by anyone, nursing or not. My friend has a one year old, he doesn’t nurse, but he does like to touch things ( he rarely yanks, though) and something like this would be perfect for her! I might have to try making one. =^__^=
