Sunrise Sunset

About this design:

I've had these metal blanks and thought they would make good earrings...I didn't have any patina to use, so I used nail polish. It worked well to my surprise!

metal blanks, waxed linen, Red Bahay Seeds orange and copper nail polish, purple seed beads.

I love the little waxed linen and beads dangles!! HaHaHa on the nail polish!! I’m glad someone else thinks outside of the box. I have used it about 3-4 times and it really does have a great effect.

I’ve also thought of nail polish and will try it in the future. I really like the color combo and the little dangles – very pretty.

I have used nail polish for a lot of things, but never yet thought of coloring jewelry with it… Thanks for the idea!! (That might be a good use for the strange colors… ;-) )
