Anniversary Necklace

About this design:

Well, here’s my go at pink! Seemed like an appropriate color for an anniversary necklace. I just love these natural cut nuggets from Lima--they add so much interest to any design. The pendant was a special find, and I knew it would find a home in a special piece.

Such an unusual heart pendant! Adding the touches of deeper pink and turquoise was genius…takes it to another level of design!

This is gorgeous! I don’t think I would have ever come up with this color combination but it is so perfect. That pendent is amazing!

Great design! Love the natural cut nuggets mixed with the smooth round beads. As for the pendant… If it were mine I would put it in a picture frame and hang it where I could see it every day. (I collect horses of every kind: Jewelry, paintings, prints, figurines, carvings, etc.)

Thank you all for your wonderful comments. I purchased several different style horse pendants from this designer and look forward to playing with some different ideas I have floating around in my head for them. I feel some creativity returning after the long haul of problems we’ve just been through. I appreciate all your warm words of encouragment!

I also wanted to include a picture of the necklace I made for my husband, but when I was taking the previous photos, the batteries in the camera died! I originally tried to make it in the stones that mine was made of, but as you can figure, didn’t look masculine enough, so I used natural matte Agate instead. He really liked it, and we wore them together that day.

CC – I love the necklace you made for your husband. Is his pendant a Renee Martig also?

BLE, Thanks for the compliment. I’m sorry to have forgotten to mention, his pewter pendant was from Lima and was a Green Girl piece. I can’t find it in stock right now to give an item number. I’ve had it for awhile, and it seemed just the right size for a necklace for him. Thanks Again!
