Nesting bluebird

About this design:

We have bluebirds nesting in the backyard ( second hatching). I found this pendant in my bead soup bowl(that's stash put in a bowl that’s leftover from other projects. I use to exchange a baggy of beads with other beaders and the idea is to come up with a piece of jewelry with the beads in the bag you got. It was a lot of fun n very challenging). Anyway here is mine.

Components:

The pendant came from LB ( years ago). Beige agate and Czech beads. Copper findings. I didn’t have 4 matching Czech maple leaves, so I painted them with ink! Yes- I’m still lovin’ the ink:). I have copper chain in the back.

So sweet! I love the little blue bird peeping out of the hole. The blue accent bead and bird in the body of the necklace is also a nice touch. Very nice! :)

Love the birdies and the bird house focal and the beads you chose to use with them and a wonderful woodsy effect.

Blue birds are quite common were I grew up along with blue jays and cardinals, black birds and cute little gold finches. I can’t think of any thing more enjoyable than listening to bird songs early in the morning.

Now about this WIFI….Isn’t it disgusting that children seem to be born with the knowledge of how to use electronic devices while we adults have to fumble around and finally go find a 5 or 6 year old child to show us how to do it? Well, duh! :)

You know, it is quite helpful if the one typing pays attention to what they are doing. That last line in the first paragraph was supposed to read… the beads you chose to use with them ADD a wonderful woodsy effect. DUH! :)

This is just the best! So sweet and adorable! The bead soup challenge sounds like a lot of fun. This beauty proves how creative you are. Well done!

I’ve never had WiFi and have been posting designs here for years. Until recently I never had any problem. Now sometimes it takes me 3 tries to get all my info to show.
