About this design:

So, my daughter comes into the room and says, "Is that a necklace for Barbie? Ha ha ha ha".
A half hour later my husband comes in and says, " That looks like it should be for a Barbie doll. Ha ha ha ha ha".
The photos really do not do justice to the color of the Pepto Bismol pink beads. Actually, my husband said that it looks a lot better on than off.

Well, Barbie can just eat her heart out! This is a keeper in my mind.

What a gorgeous necklace. I’m not a big fan of pink but I’m a big fan of your bead work and this is fantastic. Talk about labor intensive! No wonder you have seed beads in your key board. That sounds like a good title for a Nancy Drew mystery… “Mystery of the Seed Beads in the Keyboard.” :D

Do you use a bead spinner? Do you have any hints for speeding up the stringing process? Very pretty necklace.

So pretty! I can see this on a white silk t shirt/ tunic. it would stunning against white. You’re the seed bead queen! what do you use for clasps?

Thanks for your sweet comments. No Melody I don’t use a spinner though it’s a good idea.

LRC- I like your idea for the Nancy Drew Mystery. I read every one of them when I was little. Pink is not my favorite color either, but it’s what I had a lot of. Wanted a longer necklace but I used ‘em all up.

Robin – the clasp is a golden toggle heart, of course. I’m trying to get a photo but my computer if fighting me again.

I agree with Robin, this would look lovely with a white top! The loop fringe create a double fullness to the design which is so appealing. I also like your choice of the heart toggle–perfect for pink!
