Turquoise Magnesite Drop

About this design:

Necklace is a diagonal Peyote stitch with burnt orange beads added to the outside edges. Then I found the Magnesite drop in my stash. How lucky.

Magnesite is a very pretty stone. Simple V shaped necklaces are always styleful. Every stitch is so precise. I admire that you always have such clean precise stitching. Using delica beads probably helps, but it’s still hard to do. Great design BLE.

Oh, very, very nice! I love the ‘V’ styled front. The button closure is lovely and makes the back as beautiful as the front. I especially like the embellished sides with the tiny teal beads. Do you do the edges after the main stitched part of the necklace is done? Keep up the great work Beady!

I’m not only inspired by your beautiful designs I’m also inspired by how much you get done! Wow! Love the simple V shape on this necklace and the beautiful colors. The Manganese drop was meant to be on this design. So pretty BLE!

    Thank you all very much.

Crystal- The teal beads were woven into the necklace as part of the design – The outside burnt orange beads were an afterthought and were sewn in afterward. I wanted to use a copper clasp but didn’t have one. Then I checked out my buttons.
(Making the v was the hardest part.)
