First Falling Leaf of Fall

About this design:

Fall is approaching so quickly. I saw the amber beads and went for it. It's only 18 1/4 inches long.
The last photo is a Walking stick on my door.

Lucinda – such a pretty double strand necklace! And the beautiful walking stick, love it. Saw a praying mantis yesterday, still bright green. I don’t know if they turn brown a little later in the year…

I love your necklace. The amber color will work well so many outfits. I have a question- what kind of crimp covers do you use? I have such a hard time with crimp covers and are the ones you use attached to your wire or thread? The walking stick is too cool-they are a strange little creatures. We get gecko’s on our windows! Nature is beautiful!

Beautiful necklace BLE. The one little leaf is such a great design choice. It really depicts the first falling leaf.

Thank you all. I have to keep trying with tools – not so good at it.
Robin – The crimp covers are gold filled. I think the extra softness of the gold made them easier to close.
The triangular AB beads really pick up the light and the blueness shows up (not so much in my photos though).
Bugs are so much fun. And geckos!

Beady, the multi strands are lovely with the alternating play of color in the beads. The addition of the leaf is sweet. I like the double looped toggle you used–I so need to get some more of those. I ran out and have been using jumprings for these multistrand pieces, and they can get so knotted up as the strands spin around on the ring. Thanks for the reminder to put some in my cart. I love Mr. Stick! I’ve only seen a few in our garden over the years; they are so cool. :)

    Thanks ladies.
CC- There must be a lot of Walking Sticks this year because so far I’ve seen two. Such interesting insects.
