Robin nursechick says:Beautiful Beady! I especially like the bridge between the two flowers at the bottom! Do you have two needles going on this piece? I love the green!

Beady Little Eyes says:Thanks Robin. This was done with a single needle. I started with the bridge and the two flowers.

Robin nursechick says:Beady, I’m having a whole new appreciation for your beading withe seed beads. I’m trying to bead a bezel around one the girls- I think she’s called mellow yellow- anyhoo , what brand of needle do you use? I’m using a John James #12. Any tips ?please? I’m going cross eyed with 11/0’s hahaha

Beady Little Eyes says:Robin – I love to use Tulip beading needles. I tried John James but I kept breaking them in half. If you’re using 11/0 seed beads a #10 needle should work and be easier to thread. I must say that I do destroy many needles. And lots of thread.(I think I use over 130 yards a month!)
