Moonflower blooming at night
About this design:
Moonflower completed.Making a bezel with seed beads was a big challenge for me.. Beady's work on her Alice cabochon was my inspiration. Moonflowers in nature bloom at night-food for thought as we've had such a tough year and the unknowns for the next year. Like moonflowers, we can shine in tough times-as we did this past year-with kindness, caring and making each other smile as we read and participated in this blog. Pass those qualities on this next year and have blessed Thanksgiving! Again, thanks Beady!
Components:
Necklace is all LB-seafoam line luster agate, czech glass flowers, african opal nuggets, Green Aventurine triangles, howlite triangles, freshwater pearls, seed beads, and flower bead cap for the top of the cabochon. I wanted to do the curly hair but couldn't get it to work right.Additional Images:

I once had a flower that bloomed in the middle of the night once a year. It made lots of fragrant huge white flowers. Such a sight also.

You did a great job on the bail, and the gold bead cap with inset agate is a nice touch below it. Definitely a captivating piece!
