Face Time

About this design:

I got this idea to use this face bead that was an earring charm in this bracelet. I don't think anybody had ever favorited it in my shop. Plus it blended in well with the gray recycled beads. Sorry if I'm posting too much....I think I'll slow down here shortly.

ceramic face bead, gray recycled beads, ancient roman glass...LB, vintage black discs, heart and target beads and waxed linen, brass lobster

I also like the darker nature of this piece–it’s very different from your usual style of bright & colorful. There are so many interesting components to focus on, and together they make a powerful whole. Love the heart charm. I really like this one Jane!

Completely agree , it has a mystery about it …I love it and please do not stop posting ….you are getting me to start feeling creative again ….I have been in quite a slump the past year its been a while since I have even been in my bead room …..anyway , to me the mystery in this wonderful piece is whether my m8nd believes this is a sleeping owl or is this the face of a lady? To me I see both and I really like when art does that

Your bracelet does look dark and mysterious and the face bead fits right in with the Goth look. Interesting change from your usual light and bright designs but there is a perfect outfit out there just waiting to find it.

I agree with Kimberlywilliams60. It’s inspiring to see how productive you are and it makes me want to get busier. That face makes me think of an alien. And that’s a jumping off point for all sorts of daydreams. Please keep posting. I like everything you do. And I like this alien, LOL.

Thanks for all the much appreciated comments! I’ve got two bezels to design with and some earring charms coming…but that’s about it. I think I’m ready to go ahead and have the surgery…so I guess I’ll call them in the morning. I feel like I’ve come off a jewelry making marathon. I will certainly check in to see what’s new.

I really like this, so ET like. And, I love the bead that is next to the lines of smaller beads.

Praying your surgery will go well. Knives scare me but in the hands of someone who knows what they are doing, can correct and heal. Praying for healing and much less pain.
