She wore blue velvet

About this design:

“Bluer than velvet was the night. Softer than satin was the night. From the stars”🎼🎤. I was listening to oldies-Bobbie Vinton was dreamy. Anyhoo…it fit that beautiful blue cuff! Doing some macrame knots fit the bill. My dad was in the navy and he taught me many knots. That was a very long time ago . Jane got me hooked on farfalle beads and been an inspiration to me to think outside the box.

Components:

Suzie Q flower cuff. Ceramic beads by Etsy artist and Gaea. Lampwork bead by Etsy artist. Seed beads and 1mm waxed cord. The last picture is another bracelet with a different color cuff. I used several polymer clay beads with that one.

Both bracelets are so fun and cheery. Love your knots and the farfalle beads. Such a nice selection of beads. Beautiful work.

Lovely bracelets with beautiful flower focals. I think the macrame with two different colored cording has an interesting effect. Somehow it creates another layer of interest to the design. I see you touched up the flower on the toggle in this one too–how did you get the color to match so perfectly?! :)

Beautiful and even more beautiful! I love the bracelet with the blue flower. However, the bracelet with the aqua flower is the one I adore.

I see you using more Susieq focals…they are always fun to design with. Plus…you did get some Farfalle beads! Great bracelets Robin…both of them! This is so weird Robin…I’ve been singing that song lately. We must have been connecting on an alternate wave link.

Love this bracelet and the title certainly takes me back. The blue is gorgeous. Now I will be singing that song for the rest of the day, LOL. The 2nd bracelet is just as gorgeous.

Both bracelets would be so much fun to wear. The focals are so pretty. I really need to buy some farfalle beads. The make such a cool texture.
