It’s beautiful, of course. How much do your hands hurt by now? You’ve been doing a lot of wire work. I’m so impressed with your skill. The curves over the face of the stone are so smoothly done. Your stone choice are beautiful. The wedding will be great.

Thank you! I’ve started sketching how the earrings should look and looking at Pinterest for ideas… She wants hers to be long, like 3″ and ours to be shorter…

Khristin, I don’t want to change the subject….but I have a question I hope you can answer. I’m making my own jumprings from copper. After I saw them loose, can I throw them in the tumbler for a short time to harden them a bit; or is that a bad idea? Thanks for any help you can provide.

CC definitely do that! It’s a great way to knock off any rough edges and it’ll harden them a little which is good. Make sure you use the steel shot, soap (I use dish soap), and enough water to cover everything. I don’t toss my jump rings in before I use them but there’s no reason you can’t.

Thanks! Sorry to post my question here; couldn’t send a message thru the system, and wasn’t able to ask on your ‘wire post’ under the find beaders section. I appreciate your help :)
