The mother-of-pearl teardrops were top drilled. So you simply string 5 of them on a wire and draw them into a circle and then just wind, wind, wind around each other with the wire. I can’t tell you exactly how long the wire was to begin with, but probably at least 2-3 feet. When it feels sturdy enough, I draw the wires up through the middle and add the “stamens” with tiny pearls (crystals are pretty too). Then, I just strung the pearls on the memory wire and when I had two circles done, I strung the “flower” on the wire…then the rest of the pearls. The flower is a little heavy and I must admit, it makes the bracelet slide around a bit. I think on a larger wrist, it would stay just fine, though.
