A Hard Reboot

About this design:

I just signed up for my first craft market in two years. I must honestly say it was reluctantly. The thought of rebooting my business is exhausting and scary. Can I get back into the groove?? I have such a mishmash of inventory...I don’t know where to start.
But, I did. With my favorite bracelets in the whole world. Happily sitting on the floor in the middle of piles of colorful beads. I made eight bracelets in one sitting, then discovered a hard truth. My hips screamed in protest when I attempted to get upright! I shall move my creative operations to the table in the future.
I also took time to create a custom order for a friend.
Now that made me happy!

Leather cord, African beads, metal beads, wood beads, and buttons.

Very colorful, very pretty, kinda boho. I really like them. I’m glad you are getting back on track, and I totally understand about hips and joints not being nice to us anymore, LOL.

Wonderful cheerful bracelet designs. Love all of the patterns and colors. And your custom order is just as bright and cheerful. Good luck with the craft market. Where is it located?

Really, Lynda? Sitting on the floor? You are braver than I am. I don’t think I would ever be able to get up. I’d probably just roll over on my stomach and never move again.

Beautiful bracelets! The necklace and ear are delightful also. The last time I sat on th floor I felt like I needed to call a crane service to get me up. My problem is my knees.

Hi, Nancy! Yup, not a pretty picture getting up off the floor,
It’s out at Steele Canyon High School, Nov. 13th. Come out and join us. It was a really good event before CoVid. I can send you the details, if interested.

I love all of the bright colors in your bracelets. You have done a fab job on them! I just love the African beads, their color and textures and shapes are so happy. I am excited for you to get back into the show scene! Maybe everyone will be so pleased to get back out with others that you will be encouraged to keep going!

Wonderful bracelets Lynda!! And the necklace and earrings are perfect! You always inspire me…now I want to get some African beads. I would never intentionally get on the floor…I was there not to long ago…not by choice..and it was so very hard to get up. I’m so glad to hear your getting back in business…you are a wonderfully talented jewelry designer.

Thank you all for your encouragement and kind words. I have often thought that the jewelry makers community is one of the most kind and generous there is.
Blessings and peace to you all!

Lynda, I’m so glad to see your post! Been missing you here in the gallery. A little color can pay off with a lot of smiles & happiness–and it sounds like you needed some. I hope your business endeavors work out & you have much success at the craft market. These bracelets will sell themselves! Like Jane, I’m wanting to get some of these African beads now–I love the energy of them all put together like this. Your friend will adore the necklace set. Take care & enjoy the market!
