Valentines garland
About this design:
I always get a little sad after I take the holiday decorations down but I have never decorated for valentines day ....I decided to use the lima bead felt rounds and add them to some fun felted shapes I picked up at a local sheep and wool festival last fall to make a valentines / woodland garland

I hang them on the curtain rods , on a hutch , across the mantel or around the coffee bar…I haven’t decided where I’m putting this one yet but I’ll post a pic once I figure it out

dolllady aka Pam says:What a beautiful garland! I didn’t take my tree down nor the nativities last year. I have decided to leave my tree up this year also. I will change the decorations as I have decorations for all year round. I have snowflakes and icicles now.

Kimberlywilliams60 says:Pam …what a great idea to just change out the decorations on the tree….I have debated seriously about not taking my tree or nativity down either ….if the plants didn’t need the window or I didn’t need them in my main living space so badly I probably wouldn’t take them down the past couple years I have just allowed the things that bring joy rather than be shamed into doing things the traditional way ….I think it’s important to celebrate each day and if something brings you joy ….as long as it isn’t hurting anyone go ahead and do it

I have house garland up on my kitchen window. As you can see my attempts to save my succulents while it’s cold – the kitchen look crazy – oh well!
