Blushing pink

About this design:
I love the colors of this bracelet bar. I’ve been putting off making anything with it, because I’d rather be in the backyard!
Components:
Polymer clay bracelet bar in a spring green and peach. There are 4 strands of beads that include Czech glass beads, ceramic beads, 6/0 seed beads, Czech glass leaves, turban beads and lampwork beads, Linhasita wax cord.Read the comments (or add your own)

KelleyH says:The focal bar is so pretty, both color and the flower design! It looks great with the multiple strands of beads. I’m glad you finally had a chance to use it, although I know what you mean about spending time in the yard!!!

Fresh Baked says:A garden of delights! So many pretty beads to admire in this piece. Your time in the garden must have inspired you to finally use this special focal.

Brenda H says:Such a pretty bracelet! Your color combinations are so soothing and wonderful. You know it’s spring time! I love the focal bar, is it a Suzieq bar? I agree with FB, your garden inspiration is amazing! Can’t wait to see the next one.

Crystal Canary says:Being outdoors & getting ourselves ‘dirty’ in the garden is definitely inspiring! The beautiful selection of soft pinks & green leaves (which I adore in this design) create a lovely bouquet of color for the flower focal bar. Doesn’t get any sweeter that this!

Robin nursechick says:Brenda, the bracelet bar is on Etsy at supply emporium. I love Suzieqbeads too!

dolllady aka Pam says:All I can say is, “yes yes yes” to what everyone else has said.

Melody F says:Great use of this bracelet bar! So many intriguing beads, and you bring them together in a harmonizing way. Your photos are beautiful. I hesitate to say this, but I would like at least one photo of each design without the mirror. My little brain finds it difficult to see each piece when it is doubled. That said, thank you for posting your inspiring creations. I love to see them! Enjoy your yard!

Brenda H says:Robin, thanks for info, I thought it meant be Claire’s after I looked several times. I wish she would do special orders, but she’s to busy with the bead store. Keep up the good work!!

Little Round Chick says:Gotta agree with all of the other comments! Definitely a garden of delights with fantastic color in a great design!

K Ralston says:Everyone has said it all. Such a gorgeous bracelet bar. I’m glad you are able to garden now. Spring has arrived. I’ve got spring onions on the windowsill. Does that count as a garden?

Melody F says:Thank you for that last photo! And it is a beauty too! Everything so well lit and in focus. And the background is perfect, with a tiny bit of sparkle, but not so much as to detract from the beads. Now I can see the structure clearly. Lovely. Thanks.

Beady Little Eyes says:Beautiful bracelet Robin. I love the combination of beads. A wonderful spring feeling.

Robin nursechick says:You’re welcome Melody, and thanks for letting me know. Your’re right that some people may have difficulty with the mirror’d image. Sometimes I do. I’ll make a point of putting a pic on a white background.

Crystal Canary says:Yes, thank you for adding the last photo without the mirror. I was also having problems discerning what beads were in the bracelet due to the double images from the mirror. It took a lot of brain power to try to figure it out, and some mornings, that can be a bit tough without the first cup of coffee! The mirror is a lovely effect, but adding a photo on another background really helps us to see the piece as it is with all the individual beads standing out. I love that carved tube bead!

sweetjane says:Great focal…I’ve gotten a number of things from that shop. I usually do a lot of flowers on my front porch…Snapdragons are my favorite. This year I’m going to tone it down a bit. I’m just not as able to take care of so much.

Robin nursechick says:Jane, we can only do, what we can do. Most of my yard is established with perennial’s, but I like do some annuals too. My yard guy surprised me this year by planting 4 flats of annual’s -I was so surprised! He does all the mulching and mowing. I put in the vegetable garden this year. My husband usually does that, but I have him working on making a spare bedroom into a bead/craft/sewing room. I’ve always beaded in there, but its been cramped with a bed in there. I’m so excited about that- maybe I’ll finally be able to get order in there! No doubt the older I get the harder it is to do it all. I work for 30-45 min and porch sit for 15. I don’t ever remember my grandparents complaining about “the work” around the house. I remember them working all day and then resting in the evening.

kye says:Beautiful bracelet. The focal makes me wish I had some flowers planted already. I love gardening and I love this bracelet. So many special beads to admire.

Deb Harding says:That is a great focal. What a great assortment of beads. I especially like that little green one that looks kind of like a branch or log.
