Beady, you did a nice job incorporating the bellflowers into this design in such a special way. I love this time of year with all the blooming flowers. I like to go outside & see their little beaming ‘faces’ opening to greet the new day especially with tulips that open & close. We had a bunch of different daffodil varieties at our last residence, and boy, where they glorious in bloom. Thanks for a touch of sunshine this morning. :)

Outstanding necklace! I agree with the others about how you used the bellflowers. This necklace should bring a smile to the face of everyone who sees it.

The little birdie makes me happy too. Whatever you make, naturr is always reflected in the piece. The bell flowers are beautiful, and I love your daffodil. It must be so beautiful where you are now. I know Little Darwin is bringing you happiness as well.

Thank you all so much. This necklace was fun to make.
KR – You’re right about little Darwin. He lifts my spirit every time he’s near me. Such a funny cat.

This is extra beautiful. I love the blue bird. I’m on my second hatchlings (is that a word?). Anyway, bluebirds are so awesome. The mother works herself to death for those kids and practically has to kick them out of the nest. Do your hands and fingers ever ache? You really have a way of going the extra mile to produce a Lucinda original! I love this! The daffodil is beautiful too!

Loving that sweet little blue bird! Your beadwork is always spot on with the focal.

Thank you both for your comments. Robin – I love your notes about the bluebirds. I have seen some here in the northeast but not that many. The previous owners of my home had houses built for them but I have cats so I took them down (too close to the ground). And yes – I do have achy fingers sometimes – bet you do too! Ha.
