Rhyolite
About this design:
Rhyolite and brass are perfect companions as you can see in this group of ear rings. They are simple designs and were all made in one day. It took longer to select all of the components than it did to make the ear rings. I'm still trying to get back to making jewelry but for some reason I'm having problems coming up with new and interesting designs. I have pages and pages of ideas but none of them really "sing" to me.

Crystal Canary says:I like how you took the same gemstone & made three different styles of earrings with the same theme. Often, when you have some great beads, it’s nice to let the stones do all the ‘talking’ as you’ve done here. Rhyolite is also a favorite of mine, especially the green variety. Been ‘saving’ it for just the right project–I need to just use it & enjoy it!
