Beady Little Eyes says:Baby chicks are learning to fly. Sometimes it gets them into a little trouble. This one managed to fly into the feeder. She was quite upset. Hubby emptied the feeder and set it on it’s side so the little Red could get out.

Crystal Canary says:Very creative design! The loops lay so nice, especially with the beaded portions within them. I really like the effect of a large natural cable ‘chain’. This loopy style would make a great lariat because it would be adjustable by putting its end in thru whatever level loop according to the outfit. You are a wonderfully inspired crazy beader Beady!
Poor baby chick–I bet she was scared. I can see how they’d get into some tight situations as they hop along with their new urges to fly. Thanks for the picture. Looks like she ‘tiddlywinked’ herself into a big cup!

Beady Little Eyes says:Thanks Crystal. The babies are so cute. Ha, she does look like she tiddlywinked herself in but they can fly now for a distance of about a foot. Here’s another photo of the flock. Feathers are getting longer and more varied and their feet are getting big.
