Not Quite Green and Not Quite Blue

About this design:

I finally took a double Viking Knit class, and I'm loving the look! This is the first piece I've made incorporating Viking Knit into a stringing project...

Thanks for your wonderful comments! :D I actually had used 20 ga wire to string this, but it was too stiff – much better with beading wire!

Wish it didn’t take so long to make…but I’m getting faster! :D

Lori, I went through 2 spools of SoftFlex wire to get this – I would have gone through only one if I hadn’t made one too short and too stiff :(

Why, Violet, there’s no purple in here! ;-) Glad you like the color. The blue fluorite is gorgeous, and expensive, but I couldn’t resist!

Jade, I’m so glad you like it! :D

Thanks, Sunny and Cookie! :D Cookie, since I used beading wire, I attached a snap clasp to the back, after the cone ends…I’ll try to get a pic for you…

I’m getting ready to head to town, and I’m going to wear this one!
