I loved the horse too, and have had this piece since last summer, trying to decide what I wanted to do with it. I’ve found some great deerskin lace, and I’m having fun with it!

I love your design Sue! Horses, leather, copper, what’s not to love?! :-D Glad you “trained” this beauty to ride well! ;-)

You mentioned you haven’t had much snow yet Sue. I’m sorry to hear that. I know how much your beautiful part of the country relys on snow melt. Hoping for a nice moist Spring for you!

Great design Sue! I know what you mean about getting something just the way you want it… Whatever the problem was, you solved it beautifully, and simply. Not always an easy task!

Sorry, Sue, my horses are all too small and made of almost every imaginable material. Wish we could ride them cause I’d love to do that, too. But how in the world would you saddle up a stained glass horse or one made of brass? :D

This is beautiful. Love the pendant and isn’t it fun to work with the deerskin leather … so soft!! SLS

How to ride LRC’s ‘herd’ of horses: in our dreams! Can’t you imagine riding a stained glass steed along the shoreline at sunset? or how about the sterling silver one by moonlight? It would be so cool…

Thank you all for your wonderful comments! :D

Nancy, I didn’t realize your horses were so small – but at least they are easy to feed! ;-) And Mouse, you painted a beautiful picture there, riding a stained glass steed along the shore, or the SS one by moonlight – I should have wonderful dreams tonight!

Sweet Chick, you know this part of the country well! Rafting will be dismal if we don’t get more snow!
