I just received my order today, October 8th, and was very pleased with everthing I ordered. I have to give you a great big kudos on how you handled my "out of stock" item. Rachel wrote me a note right on the front of the invoice, it was changed on the order and I was not charged in the first place, what a WONDERFUL system!! Other companies "say" a credit will be issued, but it ends up being a fight. You definitely know how to treat your customers and your personalization with each order sent out is also very refreshing!!

I just wanted to tell you that I liked reading your blog. I live about an hour away from A-squared and graduated from U-M's art school in 1980. A longtime artist and graphic designer, I found beading about 7 years ago, and often find it hard to get back to my "day" job once I'm beading...I can really get lost in it. I too dislike the stringing part...I love the collecting part, which I guess is good news for you folks and bad news for my paypal account! Anyway, we get back to all the games (my husband is an alum as well) and love Ann Arbor, so GO Blue and congratulations on the new baby and your wonderful business.

I love your site and your bead selection. I love the color ideas... But I'd like to suggest one thing. Picture of the beads should be the picture of the whole strand, not the fraction of it. If you will have this kind of picture with possibility to maximize it, it will be great and will help a lot to make a selection. Thanks.
I just received my first order from you and I absolutely LOVE these beads! My 5 year old daughter helped me open the package and I think she liked them almost as much as I did. I'm trying to share my beading hobby with her, but I'm not so sure I'm willing to share these particular beads. I only ordered 1/2 strands for much of this order since I wasn't sure about color and quality - guess I'll just have to order more now!
I find your instant add-to-bag feature very helpful. It's a nice upgrade to your already well designed and highly user-friendly site. I'm so pleased that you have added copper and wood to your selections. I hope you add more in these lines, expecially copper clasps, which can be hard to find. And how about items in some other hard-to-find metals, such as bronze and brass? I like the more organic and less blingy feel these metals give to my jewelry pieces.

I recently placed an order and received it within 3 days- which I was extremely happy about (especially because I selected the free shipping). That was my first time ordering beads online, so I wasn't sure what to expect...but all the gemstrands were top- notch and the package for shipping very professional and secure. I work at a great bead store, but there are still items (i.e. unusual semi- precious gem strands) that we get only infrequently. So your site piqued my interest right off the bat.
