Return Policy

We stand behind every product in the Lima Beads online store. If you're unsatisfied with the products you receive, or they are defective in any way, we'll refund the cost of those items less shipping costs. We accept requests for returns within 14 days of the delivery of the product. You must then return the product to us within 10 days of your request for your return to be processed.

To return items to Lima Beads, follow these steps:

1. Within 14 days of delivery, call our Toll Free Customer Service line at 1-888-211-7919 and ask to speak to a representative about a return.
2. A representative will assign you a Return Authorization Request Code.
3. Package and ship the items (in some of the bubble wrap or padding, along with the Return Authorization Request Code) to this address:

4. The package must arrive within 10 days after your Return Request Code is assigned for you to receive a refund.
5. The beads must arrive back to our warehouse in the same condition you received them.
