We stand behind every product in the Lima Beads online store. If you're unsatisfied with the products you receive, or they are defective in any way, we'll refund the cost of those items less shipping costs. We accept requests for returns within 14 days of the delivery of the product. You must then return the product to us within 10 days of your request for your return to be processed. Lastly, we cannot accept returns for Last Chance (clearance) items.
To return items to Lima Beads, follow these steps:
- Within 14 days of delivery, call our Toll Free Customer Service line at 1-888-211-7919 or e-mail email@example.com and ask for a Return Authorization Request Code. Please have your Order Number handy!
- Package and ship the items (in some of the bubble wrap or padding) along with a note including your Name, Order Number, and Return Authorization Request Code to this address:

- The package must arrive within 10 days after your Return Request Code is assigned for you to receive a refund.
- The beads must arrive back to our warehouse in the same condition you received them. (Please mail them back to us in a box or bubble mailer—plain letter envelopes are likely to be damaged enroute)
