Contacting Lima Beads
There are several ways to contact Lima Beads directly. See below for a table to determine the most effective way to reach our staff:

Per our current property lease and insurance agreement, Lima Beads does not currently have a showroom that is open to the public. If you have questions regarding our products, please give us a call. Our team will be happy to work with you in putting a sample order together. Shipping is free on orders over $40.00 and if you're unhappy with any item, return it no questions asked. Please see our return policy for more information.
Browsing the Online Store
It's easy to browse the online store at LimaBeads.com. To begin browsing, you can see all the beads in our store. On the right side of many pages, we feature a "Top 10 This Week" box that shows the hottest selling and most popular items in our store. Follow those links to go directly to the products.
Other sections of LimaBeads.com include your Shopping Bag, which you can view by clicking the bag icon in the top-right corner of every page. After you have placed an order with us, or have signed up for a customer account, you can sign into the My Account section by following the My Account link in the colored bar at the top of every page.
Finally, several Site Services are listed at the bottom of every page. This includes our Shipping Rates & Policies, our Return Policy, and a link to Send Us Feedback.
Searching for Specific Items
At the top-left of every page, there is a colored Search box that allows you to type in the name of an item (or items) that you're looking for. Once you have entered the search terms in the box, click the button next to the text field to perform the search and see the products that most closely matched your request.
Search Tips: Be as descriptive as possible. A search for "Faceted round carnelian" will return fewer and more relevant results than a search for "beads."
Adding Items to Your Shopping Bag
Adding items to your Shopping bag is accomplished in these easy steps:
- Browse the Bead Shop to find an item you want to buy.
- Once you have found a product, there will be a box for you to choose a quantity, and a button that says "Add to Bag." First enter the number (quantity) of the item you wish to purchase in the provided box. For an example, see the Apple Green Turquoise semi-precious gemstone page.
- Click the "Add to Bag" button. You will be taken to your shopping bag. Repeat as necessary!
Ordering Online (Checkout Process)
When you are ready to check out of the store, click the "Begin Secure Checkout" button on your shopping bag page. The secure checkout process will begin, and is slightly different depending on whether you are a first-time buyer or a returning customer.
If you are a first-time buyer, the checkout process follows these steps:
- Enter your e-mail address on the left side of the first checkout page.
- Then enter some basic contact information and a password (so you can track your orders and checkout more quickly the next time).
- Choose an address where you want your order shipped.
- Select a shipping method for your order.
- Enter your payment and billing information.
- You will confirm your order on the last step. When your payment is accepted, your order will be processed and shipped!
If you are a returning customer, the checkout process follows these steps:
- Enter your e-mail address and password on the first checkout page.
- Choose an address where you want your order shipped.
- Select a shipping method for your order.

Currently, we accept only credit cards submitted online through our secure checkout process. However, we have a few additional options:

Viewing Past Orders
Once you have placed on order at Lima Beads, you can view all your past order receipts online. Just sign in to the My Account section with the login and password you chose when you placed your first order. Click the "Order History" link and you can view a list of your current and past orders. You may then read and/or print the order information.
