Previously labeled variscite, this stone has proven to be somewhat of a mystery. We know that it is a natural jasper-like material, but no one in the market knows what to call it yet. Impression Jasper has become the accepted trade name, but the scientific name has yet to be identified. This stone has become very popular in the market for its beautiful green/blue color and sandy matrix pattern.
