We stand behind every product in the Lima Beads online store. If you're unsatisfied with the products you receive, we'll be happy to take your return for a refund. We accept requests for returns within 30 days from when we ship your order. We cannot issue credit for shipping fees, or for Last Chance (clearance) items.
Items must be unopened and in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot issue credit for cut strands, opened items, or partially used items.
If you’re returning items from multiple orders, each order represented must have its own return authorization code. If you include multiple returns in the same shipment, please keep them separate and group each one with its return request code, so we can be sure to apply your credits correctly.
We are not able to process exchanges (mainly because we do not store your credit card information on file for security reasons). We are happy to provide a full refund for all qualifying items that you return. If you would like additional items from our shop, you may place a new order at any time. Thank you for understanding!
