I was looking through the new chain here at Lima and loved how these three chains complemented each other. I thought these would make a great mid-length necklace.

Supplies you’ll need:

You will need 3ft of each chain (maybe a little more if you want it to be fuller), 2 bead caps, 22 gauge wire, 2 small jump rings, and 1.5ft of satellite chain along with your favorite style of clasp.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

Lay your 12" cut strands of chain out and line up the cut ends. Cut 6" of wire and feed it through the loop ends of your chain and twist until the wire is taute around the loops. Do this on both sides.

Step 2

Feed your wire through the bead caps, twist the wire to tighten, then create your loop and wrap the wire around neatly. Trim off any excess wire.

Step 3

Pinch the bead caps to tighten them around the chain.

Step 4

Add jump rings onto your wire loops and attach your chain.
