I wanted to design an elegant summer necklace, I love the gold and sapphire blue colors together. The shells and African brass add beautiful textures. You can definitely make more than one design out of these components.
You will need: - 1 strand of light sapphire recycled glass nuggets - 1 strand of desert gold recycled glass nuggets - 1 package of tiny Nassa shell charms - 1 African brass basket cage - 12 African brass etched mini rings - 10" Weaving thread (Wildfire) - 4 freshwater pearls - 1-2' of brass chain - 2 crimp tubes
Cut your weaving thread and start string the beads on in the order shown or in your own way.
Then string on your crimp tube. The thread should go through the tube, then through the chain, then back down through the tube.
Use your pliers to crimp the tube tightly.
Finished, you can add a clasp to the chain if needed.
