Gold paperclip chain, jump rings, lobster clasp, tiny tassel, gold star charms.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

Begin with a 15" (or your desired length) piece of paperclip chain. Attach a lobster clasp & tassel to one end and a jump ring to the other end. Use jump rings to attach the star charms to the chain (I used 10 star charms).
