I love using these snowflake frames, felt is a wonderful component to use because they are so light-weight and come in a variety colors.
You will need (12) 15mm felt rounds, (6) 10mm felt rounds, one strand of 4mm crystal, snowflake frames, and any size seed beads.
Lay your beads out how you want them and start adding them to the snowflake. Used a thick need or even a toothpick might work to create a starter hole in the felt so you can easily string it onto your frame.
I glued on the felt rounds onto the tips of the snowflake. Add a ribbon to hang.
