Fiber Sparkle Fishtail Wrap Bracelet
by Ali on 05/24/12
About this design:
I wanted something casual to wear by itself or stacked with other bracelets. Something that that was natural and soft but had a touch of sparkle. This bracelet was so easy to make, just don't fall asleep in the middle of making it :-) I was braiding this last night and dozed off for maybe 5 minutes when I was halfway through the Abalone ribbon. I woke up with my hands in the same place, but had to remember what I was doing and where I had left off. Needless to say, these are more fun to make when you are perky.
Buy the supplies:
The products in this design are listed below.
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Clip on clipboard and begin your fishtail braid with the sparkling hemp. |

Step 2: Braid your next material over the previous. After a few braids continue on with out the the previous material. Make sure as you braid that you are keeping your core strands evenly taut and that you are swishing your braid up as you go. See Tip: Making a Fish Tail Braid |

Step 3: It's also fun to mix your materials together when braiding, so rather than ending one, blend it into the next. See Tip: Making a Fish Tail Braid |
