Fringed Turquoise Leather Bracelet
by Ali on 03/27/14
About this design:
I just fell in love with these Czech glass buttons. Typically I am drawn towards handmade metal buttons and I still do love them, but these Czech glass ones offer such beautiful colors and textures that I immediately new they were keepers. The great thing about these buttons is that they work really well with leather and other cords. Using the 12 ply Irish waxed linen, I was able to stitch the buttons right onto the TierraCast leather strap. I can't wait to have time to make another wrap bracelet using these buttons!
What you’ll need: (buy products below)
- 2 Czech glass buttons 15mm-18mm
- 1 10"x1/2" leather strap
- leather hole punch (I used my rotary punch)
- a few beads for added embellishment
- 3' length of 12 ply Irish waxed linen
- 2 x 6" lengths of 12 ply Irish waxed linen
- 1' length of 3 ply-7 ply Irish waxed linen
- 1/2 strand of pebble drops gemstone (rice droplets would also be really nice)

hikathi says:I made the Fringed Turquoise Leather Bracelet.
I found a few observations:
1. The “items needed” list are not the same items pictured in step one.
2. There are no instructions on how to end the bracelet.
3. When you click on “buy products below” there are items listed that are not in the ‘items needed’ list.
4. There are “items needed” listed that are not shown on the products to buy.
