Knotted Metal Bracelet

After knotting all of those mala necklaces, I wanted to keep on knotting. These 5.5-6mm metal rounds are perfect for knotting into a 20" length necklace or a triple wrap bracelet (this is how I wear it). I love the contrast of the marine blue cord with the antique silver beads. To finish it off all I did was sit in a scrap of yarn and knot a few more beads onto each end after the clasp.

The products used in this project are listed below.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

Tie a knot in the middle of a 2 meter length of cord. String several beads onto the cord.

Step 2

Begin knotting between every other bead starting at the knot from step 1.

Step 3

My completed length was 20" plus the clasp. I tested out the length by wrapping it around my wrist 3 times to measure.

Step 4

Once you are certain of your length, attach the clasp. Embellish off the clasp to add a little bit of interest.

Step 5

The finished bracelet should sit like this on your wrist.
