My original plan for these chandelier earrings was to fill them with tassels and threads, but then an idea popped into my head. The idea was to fill the bottom with natural colored glass rings. I couldn't shake the want to make them this way, so I did :)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

Attach the African glass rings to the bottom 8 loops of the chandelier using the 6mm jump rings. Once you are happy with the layout of colors make a mirror image on the other chandelier or be completely random in your layout.

Step 2

Attach groupings of mini ball charms to the 2nd tier in the chandelier hoop using the 4mm jump rings. Place clusters in groups of 2 and 3 varying every other one.
In the top tier continue using the mini ball charms, but all in groups of 3.
